Training Bus

So reader and friend Phillybits had another dandy to share. This time, it happened just yesterday and not 2 years ago. The above photo was taken Wednesday morning on South Penn SQ & Broad St just south of City Hall.

As you can see, the bus is halfway onto the median dividing Broad St. If you look closely, or click here for a bigger version, you can see the bus is marked 'TRAINING BUS' with what looks like a SEPTA trainer standing outside the bus assessing the situation. This trainee is gonna need a few more closed course lessons before hitting the streets again.
