unFail: Phoning It In

So I was in Market East Station yesterday on line (do you say "on line" "in line" or "queuing" [like a dirty Brit]) and I looked over to the phone jack that started it all and noticed that, miraculously, there was no longer an empty phone jack there. UN_fail!

  1. Oh man! That sucks when you have to unFail something!

    The question you still need to answer, however is does the phone actually WORK or is it there for show?

    You might still be able to salvage a FAIL out of this!

  2. and why is there an info phone literally sandwiched between the INFO DESK and the TICKET BOOTH where they should be able to assist you? are you just calling someone on the other side of the wall??
