I just laughed at the ridiculous double meaning of "Serious about change." Oh SEPTA, you are serious about NOT GIVING ME CHANGE.
When I took this, it was just one of those rare hilarious moments of a perfect ironic image... so glad I had my phone which takes good pictures.
